Even the International Human Rights Clinic at Harvard Law School, my alma mater, which is scarcely a traditional hotbed of anti-Zionist sentiment and militancy, has now formally recognized Israel as an apartheid regime (https://www.palestinechronicle.com/harvard-law-school-recognizes-israel-as-apartheid-regime/).
The NEW YORK TIMES is reported to have justified its decision to totally ignore and not mention in any shape or form the Amnesty International report on Israeli apartheid by asserting that it was not newsworthy, since it did not offer anything new or unusual.
This is indeed becoming true, as public recognition of this long-evident reality has now become virtually universal among reputable human rights organizations.
It remains to be seen whether this recognition of reality will have any impact whatsoever on Western governments and politicians or even on Western-dominated sports organizations like the IOC, FIFA and UEFA which have been so quick to declare Russia toxic.
